About me
Hi, I'm Natasha,
I started as a solo entrepreneur with more ideas than time, learning through trial and error how to turn what I loved into something sustainable. Over time, that one small venture grew into several profitable businesses, including an educational agency, a language centre and a university partnership, all built on what I call the boring business basics.
Those basics are the things no one likes to talk about but that make all the difference: tracking numbers, pricing properly, building systems and managing time with intention. They are not glamorous, but they are the reason my businesses work.
Now, through NK Strategy and The Vault, I help other women do the same. My clients are smart, capable solopreneurs who are tired of chaos and ready to feel in control again. I help them see where the gaps are, make confident decisions and create calm, profitable growth that lasts.
My approach is direct, honest and supportive. I will challenge you when you need it, simplify what feels complicated and make sure you have a clear plan that fits your life, not one that takes it over.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is The Vault right for me if I am still finding my feet?
Yes, it probably is. The Vault is for women who already have a business but feel like they are winging it half the time. You do not need a polished website or a full plan. You need focus, consistency and a community that keeps you accountable. If you are tired of stopping and starting, you will fit right in.
What if I do not have a team yet?
You are in the perfect place. Most of my clients start as a one-woman show. We build the structure and systems that prepare you for growth so that when you do bring in help, it is not chaos. Think of it as getting your house in order before the guests arrive.
How much time will this take?
Less than you think, and it will probably save you hours each week once you are more organised. The Vault sessions fit easily into a busy life, and the replays are always there when you need them. For one-to-one mentoring, we set the pace together so it fits your schedule, not the other way around.
I have worked with coaches before and did not get results. How is this different?
That is something I hear often. Coaching can be useful, but mentoring is different. I am not guessing what might work. I have built profitable businesses myself. You will get clear direction, practical strategies and someone who keeps you accountable without the fluff.
What if I am already earning well?
Great. Many of the women I work with one-to-one are already successful, but they want more structure, smarter systems and less stress. Together we refine what is working, fix what is not and help you run your business like the confident leader you are.
I am not great with tech. Will that be a problem?
Not at all. You do not need to be a tech expert to run a smart business. I focus on simple, practical tools that make life easier, not more complicated. When we use AI or automation, it is always at a level that feels manageable and relevant to you.
