About Me
My name is Natasha Kennedy and I’m a kick-ass consultant and whose mission is to help you take your business to the next level. I also live in my state of calm chaos which makes me, me. I'm not linear or detail orientated but I have learnt over the years how to create frameworks and systems around me to ensure I am successful and my chaos is calm and not crazy!
I like to be clear from the start that I am a consultant and mentor and not a coach. I am all about the action, processes and walking this journey with you. I have built and scaled a seven-figure business that continues to grow even though I live in another country. I have mentored my own team internally and I am the queen of connecting and delegating. I also have 20 tabs open on my computer (okay, I lie, there are 50!), a desk that looks like I have been ransacked and 10 new business ideas daily.
I bring you real life practical experience through my successes and failures whilst also knowing you can only truly succeed whilst being 100% you.
I first worked in law and HR in the UK, before a radical move to Madrid with my husband meant I had to rethink my career path. I was also a bit rubbish at being a lawyer, I thought it was going to be more Ally McBeal but there was very little dancing and cocktails and there was a A LOT of detail stuff! After qualifying as a TEFL trainer and working for several years in Madrid, I saw a gap in the market and grabbed it with both hands. TtMadrid, my first business baby was born in 2006 and we added LAEMadrid, a Spanish school in 2013. The businesses have grown into a small university and now sit together in beautiful money-making harmony under the brand LETS Education. I currently employ over 30 people and we have over 1000 students pass through our doors every year. The early years were devastatingly hard and it wasn't until I learnt to really treat my business as a business that I began to really enjoy what I did and see the financial benefits.
When I started my business, it was so hard to access support and it was such a lonely road so in 2015, I helped launch International Women in Business (or IWBB) , together with Candy Lee La Balle and Clodagh Beaty. Our training sessions, networking meet-ups and knowledge shares have created a supportive community of women entrepreneurs who are thriving and cheering each other on each and everyday. It is a beautiful space that I am so proud of it.
As well as running successful group programmes and our membership for IWBB, I have been mentoring women one-2-one to help grow and scale their businesses since 2015. I have a passion to help women to take up more space, to shine and create flexible businesses that grow with them.
I know what it’s like to have what seems like a thousand projects on the go at the same time, to feel like there is never enough time to dedicate to your business - all while being a busy mum to the two of four legged varieties! I am therefore intentional and strategic about everything I do. I am protective of my time as it is the valuable asset I own. I like earning money and I want you to love it too! I will hold you accountable, keep you on track and ensure the decisions you make are intentional and inline with the strategy we have created.
Whilst I love helping women in the early stages of their business through our membership, my passion really lies with helping women to scale to the next stage. The stage that creates legacy, that creates really solid financial wealth. I like working with women who really know their stuff, that have tackled and knocked down the beast of imposter syndrome but are still just on the cusp of losing their sh*t every day. I want you to feel the amazing buzz, joy and ease that I feel 99% of the time with my 3 businesses.
