About Me
Business Mentor for Women Solopreneurs
I am a consultant and mentor, not a coach. My work is all about action, strategy, and processes that get results. I walk the business journey alongside my clients, holding them accountable and helping them build sustainable, profitable businesses. I bring nearly two decades of experience in starting, scaling, and running companies, including a seven-figure business that continues to grow internationally.
From Corporate to Building Businesses Abroad
My career began in law and HR in the UK, but a move to Madrid with my husband meant I had to rethink my path. After working as a TEFL trainer, I saw a gap in the market and launched TtMadrid in 2006, followed by LAE Madrid, an Instituto Cervantes-accredited Spanish school, and LAE Kids. These businesses have since grown into The BLC Group, an international education group that partners with universities and accrediting bodies to deliver English-taught degrees, Masters, and accredited language training. Today, The BLC Group welcomes over 120 students a year onto its university programmes, employs a team of more than 40, and is known for combining academic excellence with a supportive, personalised student experience.
Mentoring Women Entrepreneurs Since 2015
In 2015, I co-founded International Women Building Businesses (IWBB), a community for women entrepreneurs to learn, network, and grow. Alongside this, I began mentoring women one-to-one, helping them create strategies, strengthen their sales systems, and gain confidence around money and leadership. I understand the realities of juggling multiple projects, limited time, and family responsibilities, and I bring practical solutions to every stage of business.
Scaling With Confidence and Clarity
Through my mentoring and The Vault membership, I support women solopreneurs who are ready to grow. Some are just starting, others are moving past survival and into consistent growth, and many are preparing to scale with a team. My focus is on helping you build systems, track your data, use AI and technology effectively, and create financial stability. I believe scaling is not about working more hours but about building a business that supports your life.

I bring real-life experience from both my successes and failures. I believe you can only succeed by being yourself, building a business that reflects your values, and making strategic decisions with clarity.
